By default, users should dial prefix '9' when make outgroup calls. For some customers, it is useless and they hope to dial outside numbers directly without prefix '9'.
For example, we want to dial "13xxxxx" and route these calls to outside through external lines directly. In MSS, we can configure the system with following steps:
Step 1: Please click menu "Data / system". In "basic" tab, please remove "out group call prefix" and keep it blank.
Step 2: Please click menu "Dial plan / Analyze called number" and add a new record with following values:
Dial plan = default Called number prefix = 13 Route type = external line
Then, when we dial "13xxxx", these calls will be sent to outside through external line directly.
